I can honestly say this was the best customer service experience I have ever had! Our personal motorhome broke down two days before our planned camping reservation. Island RV bent over backwards to make sure that we had an RV for as much of our trip as possible and went above and beyond after hours to make sure we didn't have to cancel the trip altogether. It's shocking they were even able to help with two days notice but they moved things around and accommodated. I just can't say enough about this company and they have earned a customer for life. There is no one better!

I have rented several types of RVs over the years and this experience was by far the best! Renting with a private owner (which we did in the past) can be ‘hit and miss’. This company is top notch! The trailer was nicely outfitted, super clean and very well maintained. Great guys to deal with!

This was our first time renting an RV. Upon arrival it was thoroughly cleaned and we were given a run through of all details pertaining to it. Our family of five absolutely loved it. We travelled from Lantzville to Tofino for a week. It was roomy & comfortable, easy to drive and park. We would highly recommend this company!
